The Q movie
Q posted multiple times that the mass public is watching a strategic rollout of declassified [declas] intelligence [intel] designed to help people awaken to the mass human rights violations that have been occurring.

Body doubles ("political decoys")
Political decoys are people who impersonate politicians in order to draw attention away from a military figure, political figure or, for political or espionage purposes, civilians.
Many body doubles are chosen for their close resemblance to the actor or figure being portrayed. The use of plastic surgery, prosthetics and both non-animated and animated masks allow the decoy to be virtually unnoticed.
A number of figures around the world have had known decoys, including Manuel Noriega, Saddam Hussein, Joseph Stalin, Fidel Castro, George W. Bush and Osama bin Laden.
Highly realistic silicone masks
In the early 1990s, CIA Head of Disguise, Jonna Mendez, wore a "five-second mask" — a foldable mask molded from the agent's face that can be hidden under the armpit and put on perfectly in less than five seconds — when she fooled President George. H.W. Bush in the Oval Office.
The quality and consistency of the masks were above and beyond what even Hollywood was accomplishing at the time. CIA disguise experts say they felt enormous responsibility to get it right.
