Gematria and numerology
Many ancient religious texts, including the Bible, explain that God created the world through language by combining numbers and letters with the word.
In the Book of Genesis, God speaks the world into existence in six numbered days and rests on the seventh day—making it Holy.
In the (Kabbalah) Book of Formation, “God created His Universe by three forms of expression: Numbers, Letters and Words.”
Gematria is the practice of assigning numerical values to words and phrases and finding the expressed hidden truths that rest within the code.
Simple English Gematria
The simplest form of coding letters into numbers is Simple English Gematria, which is the exercise of assigning each letter of the English alphabet a numerical value corresponding to its position in the alphabet.
A =1 and Z =26. By adding up the numerical values of letters, a total value for a word or phrase can be found.
For example:

ENGLISH
